His mentors at his institute were Dr Nirmal Kumar, Present HOD at Venkatesh Hospital, Dwarka, Delhi, Dr SK Sarin, who present director of ILBS, Vasant Kunj, Delhi, Dr AS Puri (present HOD of Gastroenterology at GB pant Hospital, Delhi and Dr BC Sharma (present Professor of Gastroenterology at GB Pant Hopspital.
